Training Program Combined with Employment for United Solar Polysilicon Company

In collaboration between the University of Technology and Applied Sciences-Shinas and the United Solar Polysilicon Company, the Training and Career Guidance Center organized a series of tests and interviews for a group of Engineering Department students who had previously registered for the employment-related training program. The tests took place in three halls on 04/29/2024 and included 80 students from the Engineering Department, including 30 graduates.

Following the tests, interviews were conducted on 05/07/2024 for 54 male and female students who successfully passed the exams. The company formed a specialized team of 15 employees, divided into three committees, to conduct the interviews. The interviews commenced at 10:30 am and concluded at 3:00 pm.

The day concluded with a speech of appreciation delivered by Dr. Ahmed Al Balushi, Assistant Vice Chancellor at the branch. The company expressed its desire to continue collaborating with the university in the fields of training and employment.
