The SULTAN QABOOS UNIVERSITY, MUSCAT organized The International Conference on Research and Innovation in Support of Economic and Digital Transformation in Oman: Enabling Vision 2024 May 6-7, 2024. Dr. Khalid Al Shanfari, Dr. Mari Anand and Ms. Larissa Santos from CEBA, Marketing Section represent the University of Technology and Applied Sciences-Salalah. They presented research on "Harnessing the Effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence in Transforming the Service Industry: Opportunities, Challenges, and its Impacts on Employment in Oman." They received feedback from attendees from various countries, showing interest in their topic, abstracts, and study results.
