It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Networks and Information Security Department. Our department plays a leading role in providing network and information security support for UTAS-Muscat departments, academic services and administration for both staff and students. The Networks and Information Security Department, under the Educational Technology Center (ETC), functions as the source of computing activities provided for all users in the college. It makes certain that up-to-date and right services are provided to all end users and ensures the security, confidentiality and integrity of the information held therein. It also guarantees that information is created, used and maintained in secured environment and ensures that all UTAS-Muscat owned IT assets have an identified administrator.
